Management Mastery Leadership Lab is an interactive, instructor-led session. You get smarter, more effective leaders. Courses are tailored for your organization. We engage in advance to identify needs and create personalized pre-work for courses. The customized coursework gives enrollees skills they’ll use on the job immediately.  The Leadership Lab offers five distinct Management skills areas: Communication, Planning, People Management, Direction Setting, and Measuring and Modifying. You can choose a comprehensive approach and bundle all five courses (great for new managers!). We have the flexibility to present onsite or online for up to 10 people.
